在发布的代码中,用于创建数据集的数据空间(其标识符在spaceID中)被重新使用以选择文件中的超级板以向其写入附加框架。但是自创建以来,数据集的范围有所扩展-用于创建数据集的数据空间不再与数据集的扩展数据空间一致。

为超级板选择操作和后续写入使用适当的数据空间。增加数据集的范围后,可以通过在数据集上使用H5Dget_space_f获得适当的数据空间。

(索引可能还会有其他问题,但是重复使用数据空间会导致报告的错误。)

  • 元素的顺序应为:坐标(NX),小珠(NB)和帧(NF)随处可见,例如spaceDims = [NB, NF]dataSetDims = [NX, NB, NF]

  • 数据空间需要在添加新数据之前关闭和打开。
