here is the error . I want to ask While connecting SQL server Authentication I have to used Username and password that i used in while make database in AWS RDS or that i save for SQL Server Authentication but both of them giving same error.

这是与网络相关的问题，而不是登录问题。使用给定端点和/或端口无法找到 RDS/SQLSERVER 实例。您可以使用下面的 PowerShell 命令或类似地使用 Telnet 来验证这一点。

Test-NetConnection -Port 1433 -ComputerName my-use1-sqlserver-se-instance.xxxxxxx.us-east-1.rds.amazonaws.com

只需将 -ComputerName 替换为您的端点名称即可。如果您使用的是非标准端口，那么也需要更新。
