Blogger 网站不从联系表发送消息，联系表不起作用

Question

我的博客页面上的联系表格不再有效，因为我切换到新主题。我找不到原因。我在侧边菜单中添加了一个小工具，它的可见性已关闭，但在旧主题中有效的表单在我的新主题中不再有效。你能帮帮我吗？
