您应该删除函数中的所有static关键字。

bool FileChecker::file_exists(std::string filename){
static LPCTSTR szPath = TEXT(filename.c_str());  // <--- [*]
DWORD dwAttrib = GetFileAttributes(szPath);

当第一次调用file_exists函数时,创建szPath变量并初始化指向filename的字符数组。当你第二次调用file_exists时,szPath的值仍然相同,并指向无效数据(保持指向filename对象数据的指针,这是在第一次调用file_exists后删除的)。
