对于xcode 13和react-native 0.66，唯一对我有用的解决方案是：

 react-native start --reset-cache
 rm -rf node_modules/
 rm -rf package-lock.json 
 cd ios && pod deintegrate
 cd .. && rm -rf ios/Podfile.lock 
 npm install
 npm audit fix
 react-native link
 cd ios && pod install
 cd .. && react-native run-ios
