我不知道出了什么问题，但我要做的是再次从https://sourceforge.net/projects/miniserver/files/Uniform%20Server%20ZeroXIII/13_3_2_ZeroXIII/下载UniServer Zero XIII 13.3.2，Apache和MySQL都已启动并运行，并且在此新安装中又能正常工作。当然，然后我必须将源代码移动到完成安装的新文件夹位置。我想分享这种解决方法，而不是试图弄清楚发生了什么，正如我在答案开头提到的那样，我不知道这是什么。
