php-pecl-zip-1.15.2-1.el7.remi.7.2.x86_64是正确的扩展名。

我建议你禁用引起冲突的webtatic。尝试先安装php-pecl-zip

我还建议使用最近的php版本从“remi”存储库安装phpMyAdmin，它比EPEL版本（4.4）更新近（4.7）。
