第二个未添加。将漫游版本添加到路径变量并没有解决问题，而是给出了额外的错误：
Fatal error in launcher: Unable to create process using '"C:\Program Files\Python310\python.exe" 所以
我卸载了python（之前这样做并没有帮助单独做到这一点）
删除了所有指向python的环境变量（这里是环境变量以防万一 - https://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch000549.htm）
从 VS code 中卸载了 python 扩展 (https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=ms-python.python)
删除上面两个路径中提到的Python文件夹
然后重新安装了python（安装时点击了add to path）
重新安装了 VS code python 扩展
