看起来您正在 Windows 上安装该软件包。 bob 包的 安装文档 说：

Bob 无法在 Windows 上运行，因此没有可用的 conda 软件包。即使您从源代码安装它也不会起作用。如果您是一位经验丰富的用户并设法使 Bob 在 Windows 上工作，请通过我们的邮件列表告知我们。

应该可以在 WSL 或 docker 容器中安装该软件包，但安装说明根本没有提到该选项，我还没有尝试过。
