我已经尝试过多次重新安装PostgreSQL 12和pgadmin，也尝试安装它们的不同版本。仍然这样做之后，我无法运行服务器

when I click the ">" arrow in the server, the other files are not listing

instead I am getting blank like this

在安装postgresql时，我也收到problem running post-install step database cluster initialization failed错误。这是否会影响pgadmin，如果可以的话如何解决？
