解决了它

主要的问题是,现在的groupie适配器在UI线程上产生了差异。这导致了滞后。切换到另一个库可能对您有所帮助。我已经通过airbnb切换到Epoxy

附:我在scrollview中嵌套了recyclerview。删除scrollview增加了更多性能
