您应该在运行时加载库而不是活动创建:

public class SFMLLoader extends Activity {
    static {
        System.loadLibrary("sfml-activity");
        System.loadLibrary("sfml-example");
    }

    @Override
    protected void onCreate(Bundle savedInstanceState) {
        super.onCreate(savedInstanceState);
        ...
    }
}

只是忘了从AndroidManifest.xml中删除android:hasCode="false"
