因为在配置文件中，你有这样的行addons_path=/odoo/odoo-server/addons,/odoo/custom/addons不能启动odoo服务器，但你odoo安装脚本无法创建缺少权限/odoo/custom/addons目录，但该目录被列为插件目录。由于该目录不存在的话，odoo服务器无法启动。

此外，未能启动odoo服务时，您应提供日志文件，否则我们无法提供支持，所以您的服务器无法启动。

脚本显得有点糟糕，因此它安装到根/，代替/home（或/opt）。最好换OE_HOME="/$OE_USER"到OE_HOME="/home/$OE_USER" ......为了不创建一个烂摊子。 sudo rm -R /odoo应该删除以前的安装尝试，除了Postgres的用户。

或者在安装之前至少运行sudo mkdir -p /odoo/custom/addons && chown -R odoo:odoo /odoo/custom，那么它应该是能够安装自定义模块。
