退出 VS Code 终端中的手册

我在 Mac 上的 VS Code 终端中使用了 man，现在我想退出手动。

Control + C（两次）、Control + D（两次）、Command + 。没用。我也不会写“退出”。 使用 bash 而不是 zsh 也没有帮助。我也无法在 Mac 终端应用程序中退出手册。
