Spring引导属性注入失败

Spring Boot 2.1.2.RELEASE根据docs要求Spring Framework 5.1.4.RELEASE：

Spring Boot 2.1.2.RELEASE需要Java 8，并且与Java 11兼容（包括在内）。还需要Spring Framework 5.1.4.RELEASE或更高版本。

您应该将spring-core和其他框架依赖项升级到5.1.4.RELEASE。更好的是，为了避免这种问题，你应该让Spring Boot管理Spring Framework依赖项的版本，例如通过BOM。
