我发现了这个问题。我只需要将last_video_dtslast_audio_dts初始化为int64_t的最小值而不是0。

last_video_dts = last_audio_dts = std::numeric_limits<int64_t>::lowest();

现在输出基本上与ffmpeg程序的输出相同。
