我想可视化包含json文件中的节点和链接的网络数据。我正在寻找如何利用D3。我没有尝试D3,但似乎很好地可视化网络数据。

很多使用D3的数据示例可视化但我观察到json文件示例中的链接始终基于源和目标或基于索引的节点....

如果我的json文件没有源和目标密钥,而是密钥使用了源和目标,或者json节点和链接只包含值......我还能利用D3吗?

我希望我可以编辑D3来跟踪我的数据或其他方式一轮?...我不确定如何将我的json数据放到D3结构上。我已经去了D3文档和一些例子,但有点丢失去哪里...欣赏有人可以进一步建议我。谢谢

如果要引用节点的属性而不是索引(这是默认值),可以使用link.id()函数。
