  • DISTINCT ON ... ORDER BY是一个性能杀手(子查询无法分解)
  • form_id INT REFERENCES _form (id) FK缺少一个指数
  • aNOT EXISTS() antijoin,或row_number()可用于避免DISTINCT子查询
