我已从https://github.com/intel/haxm/releases/download/v7.5.6/haxm-windows_v7_5_6.zip手动下载

解压缩下载的文件并安装intelhaxm-android.exe

之后，我尝试从Android Studio-> SDK Manager安装HAXM，然后开始工作。
