问题在于应用所有者的帐户而不是客户的帐户。它需要密码重置。但是,我们认为问题不在于所有者帐户,因为它回复了客户。很抱歉给您带来不便,但我相信这也是Facebook中的一个错误,因为如果应用程序所有者帐户不活动,机器人不应该回复或者继续回复,但不能回答卡而是忽略其他消息类型。
