R素包错误,说数据不能包含NA,但数据框架不包含NA。

我试图对一些数据运行NMDS,使用的是 metaMDS R中的函数 vegan 包。我已经设法用类似的数据框架运行它,但由于某些原因,我在这个数据框架中得到了以下错误。
