我建议,而不是建立在目标表新的索引,理想情况下,你应该在插入之前禁用索引。

  1. 关闭目标表的索引和约束。
  2. 插入记录。
  3. 启用索引和约束。

这应该给你插入更好的性能。

除了这个,你需要优化选择查询。如果共享的选择查询还可以得到更多的帮助。

比使用存储过程更好,我会建议你使用SQL Server导入助手:

  • 在数据库中,右键点击+导入
  • 选择数据库,然后选择表
  • 选择表,可以单击它,然后单击“启用映射”
  • 点击“删除目标表行”,如果你想删除以前的数据
  • 非常重要“启用标识插入”允许跨数据库的IDENTITY列复制
  • 默认选项为向导随访结束

从我的经验,这是一般远远超过使用特定的手动解决方案快得多。
