我正在使用Rails 5.2.2并且我正在构建一个Web应用程序，它使用我在public目录中提供的一些静态HTML，CSS和JavaScript。我更新文件时很多时候刷新时它不会在我的浏览器中更新，但如果我进入隐私浏览它可以工作 - 直到它再次缓存然后我需要打开一个新的私人窗口。

如何关闭public文件夹中的文件缓存？或者如果它更容易，我怎样才能在开发过程中关闭所有缓存？

这不是rails的缓存，而是你的浏览器。

要么明确设置

config.public_file_server.headers = {
  'Cache-Control' => "no-cache"
}

（并清理浏览器缓存，其中包含文件的所有旧版本和有效版本），或者完全禁用浏览器缓存。
