我正试图执行一个POC。我已经上传了一个过敏资源没有病人标签到fhir hapi服务器。Allergy被成功创建。然后，我在hapi服务器上创建了一个新的病人记录，之后我试图将我的过敏资源与病人连接起来。

我试图通过在请求中提供患者标签来更新过敏资源，但我得到了错误信息。

It is possible. what i was doing i was providing the identifier of patient resource in the reference tag. but i needed to provide the FHIR_id of patient resource in the reference tag . After that i was able to change the reference of any child resource.
