你问题可能是由Python版本不匹配一个由MSI预期创建。

总之,新的pagmo(https://github.com/esa/pagmo2)提供的二进制文件都通过pipconda最Python版本和OSX(最后是建议的选择,因为它避免了使用升压蟒蛇多个包间::不兼容的库) conda install pygmo pip install pygmo 现在应该解决你的问题。请注意,新pagmo语法发生了变化,请参考文档的更新。
