SmartGit：如果 jenkins 构建失败如何防止合并

我创建了一个 jenkins 管道配置，其工作方式如下：

1.Clones the repository
2.Does the Build
3.Sends notification to the person who made the changes if build was succesful or not. 

问题：

• Jenkins 构建在任务分支合并回 master 时触发，现在我认为如果构建失败则阻止合并已经晚了。如果 jenkins 构建失败，我可以做些什么来重组管道配置，以防止合并回 master？。
