我陷入了一个场景，我已经为一个用户帐户提供了管理员权限，但他们无法访问开发人员苹果网站中的个人资料和证书部分。我有谷歌它，但没有找到解决方案。在用户和访问部分，当我添加用户帐户（电子邮件地址）时，开发人员资源部分是禁用的，所以我需要帮助如何启用该部分。在我的帐户中启用了双因素身份验证。

First :  (Apple Developer)

Sign in to developer.apple.com/account, and click People.
Click Invite People.
Enter the email address of the person you want to invite as an Admin in the top section.
Click Invite.


Second (iTunes Connect)
https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/ 
Goto -> User & Access
People Tab -> Add New

如果以个人身份注册，则无法在Profiles & Certificates上访问https://developer.apple.com/account

只有组织帐户才允许此功能。 （https://developer.apple.com/programs/enroll/底部选项“注册为组织”）

如果您有公司/组织帐户，请访问https://appstoreconnect.apple.com>用户和访问>人员，您将找到“开发人员资源”部分。检查它以授予人（完整）访问证书，标识符和配置文件的权限。
