到resultList的映射用于映射具有多个输出列的行的列表。切换到singleResult是正确的方向。您正在使用匹配策略“第一”（仅一个规则/行），因此地图决策结果​​属性只能是singleEntry（一个输出列）或singleResult（多个输出列）。

将决策结果映射到singleResult之后，可以使用属性面板中的Input / Output选项卡将结果条目映射到过程变量：enter image description here

在输出映射的文本字段中，您可以使用统一的表达语言，例如$ {deptRoureDetail.get（'ROUT_TO_DEPT'）}
