textRecognizer.isOperational()总是回归false。这意味着它也不起作用。我认为这两个问题有一些共同之处。

所以我坚持使用android的文本识别器！

测试：Nox模拟器，谷歌Nexus 5X API 26模拟器以及华为p10和三星Galaxy S7真实设备。
