pip安装jq依赖关系失败

尝试升级你的setuptools和pip版本。

python -m pip --proxy=https://xxx:8080 install --upgrade pip setuptools jq

看看 urllib.error.URLError: <urlopen error [Errno 11002] getaddrinfo failed>？

难道是你需要一个https代理？你可以通过在verbose模式下运行命令来获得更多关于根本原因的信息。
