Spring 5 不适用于 Tomcat 10，但 Spring 6 可以，因为 Tomcat 10 和 Spring 6 发生了名称更改，它们将 

javax
包重命名为 
jakarta
。

如果您想使用 Spring 5 运行应用程序，您需要将 Tomcat 降级到版本 9。

如果您想使用 Spring 6 运行应用程序，则需要 Tomcat 10 和至少 JDK17。

由于包重命名发生了重大变化，这两者之间没有中间立场。

另外，我注意到您在 pom.xml ( 1.7 ) 中使用 JDK7，id 还建议您至少使用 JDK8，因为这是一个常见的 JDK，用于除 JDK11 之外的 Spring 5 项目，这是唯一的这两者之间的区别在于，如果您使用 JDK11，则在使用 Spring 和 Hibernate 时需要添加一些额外的 jar，但如果您使用 JDK8（1.8）则不需要。
