这可能是由存储库服务器问题引起的。更换镜子为我解决了这个问题。

更改

/etc/apt/sources.list.d/parrot.list

中“Backports”部分下的存储库 URL：

将

https://deb.parrot.sh/parrot

更改为镜子，例如

https://parrot.mirror.garr.it/mirrors/parrot

（或另一个更近的镜子）。
