我过去曾遇到过这个问题。我没有修复Eclipse错误，而是选择安装另一个版本的Eclipse并在完成此工作后安装SuiteCloud IDE。

首先，导航至：https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/

向下滚动列表并找到“Eclipse IDE for JavaScript and Web Developers”

安装到根目录（C：//）

requires 'bundle org.eclipse.jdt.core 3.9.2'是此错误的关键部分。

这就是说至少需要qazxsw poi插件的3.9.2版本。

此插件的3.9.2版首次包含在Eclipse Kepler（4.3）中，因此您至少需要运行此版本的Eclipse。旧版本无法使用。
