如何让Android ExpandableListView不可滚动？

我想不通，如何让ExpandableListView不可滚动，始终保持全尺寸，定位在布局的底部，但又能保持文本View出界时滚动的功能。我知道不建议将ListView放在ScrollView中。但是如何实现这个功能呢？现在一切看起来都是这样的。
