还在OracleDocumentation中找到了Oracle内置数据类型下的数据类型的以下内容。数据类型CHAR可以声明为CHAR(字节数的大小)或CHAR(字符数的大小)。您的NLS_LENGTH_SEMANTICS是BYTE。您的列MYCOL声明的长度为1个字节。我在指定mutable.mycol%type和varchar2之间注意到的一个区别是,当锚定数据类型时,长度限制为1个字节。

支持文档文本建议使用适合您情况的驱动程序。我怀疑除了CLOB之外传递的文本不会隐式转换为目标数据类型CHAR而是转换为LONG数据类型。因此第二个例子中的参数类型冲突。我会尝试以下方法。
