有些东西已经在80上侦听，你不能将2台服务器绑定到同一个端口。使用侦听80的代理，并根据URL或地址重​​定向到其他服务器和IPython。也不要使用80，使用443，如果你正在运行公共服务器，它应该通过TLS以确保安全性。

请注意，对于任何低端口号，您可能需要将进程权限增加到root，可能使用sudo。

ipython notebook --ip=0.0.0.0 --port=80 or
