从客户端删除eureka.client.fetch-registry属性，因为eureka服务器使用此属性来获取带有@EnableDiscoveryClient注释的注册表

为什么将此属性添加到客户端？ 

eureka.client.fetch-registry=true
eureka.client.register-with-eureka=true

这是在服务器端添加的。
