我想使用GenomicFeatures和Bioconductor的TxDb.Hsapiens.UCSC.hg19.knownGene R软件包从我的列表(由hgnc基因id组成)中获取人类基因的坐标。

因为txdb用于转录本,并且它没有(hgnc)geneSymbol,但它有EntrezID。

首先,我们需要将geneSymbol映射到EntrezID。
