'201801'附近的语法不正确。

列名不能以数字开头：https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/relational-databases/databases/database-identifiers将它放在方括号中，如[2018]

isnull函数需要2个参数。

ISNULL内部的IIF被打破了。您没有完成向其中任何一个的迁移。应该这样（服务器的额外努力，不受欢迎）：
