禁用TestResults文件夹

如何配置SpecFlow以停止将日志写入TestResults文件夹？

我花了最后几个小时阅读文档，我也看了一下：http://specflow.org/documentation/Configuration/

但是，我无法找到答案。我假设必须有app.config设置？

这是我的app.config：

日志文件由SpecFlow + Runner生成，目前您无法禁用它的生成。但我认为这是一个好主意，我会把它放在我们的积压上。
