恢复后的时间轴没有更改，简单的postgresql 15.5（linux ubuntu）？

I设置foolowing设置：

 wal_level = logical
archive_mode = on       # enables archiving; off, on, or always
archive_command = 'test ! -f /home/15arc/%f && cp %p /home/15arc/%f'        # command to use to archive a logfile segment

执行备份：

./pg_basebackup -D /home/backup -Ft -p 5415 -P -U postgres 在删除了安装Postgres群集的所有数据（/home/postgres15）

然后i解压缩2个备份文件到 /home /postgres15 并开始DB：

./pg_ctl -D /home/postgres15 start 没有创建历史记录时间表文件。 你知道为什么吗？
