fragment=ProductFragment.newInstance();
            getSupportFragmentManager().beginTransaction()
                    .replace(R.id.productFragment,fragment )
                    .commit();

所以简单地说

fragment=ProductFragment.newInstance();

解决了我的问题。

很多搜索后我也有这个问题我用更新gradle依赖项修复它我觉得它发生的原因是一个旧的android依赖项。
