无法在厨师运行时安装厨师宝石

我正在使用以下版本的厨师环境

操作系统和版本详细信息如下：

• Chef Server-RHEL7
• Chef工作站-Windows 7 Professional
• 主节点：Windows 2016 Server数据中心
• Chef开发工具包版本：3.3.23
