我需要将本地存储的jfrog artifactory OSS挂载到gcs存储桶中。为此，我在下面的 binstore.xml 文件中尝试过，但我的 ui 继续在启动窗口运行。它没有登陆到起始页。

GCP blob 存储需要 Pro、Enterprise X 或 Enterprise+ 许可证。
