发生此错误的原因是您从SilverStripe网站使用的打包安装程序是为PHP 7构建的，并且包含与PHP 7兼容的依赖项，而不是PHP 5（您正在使用的）。

要解决此问题，请删除项目中的qazxsw poi文件夹，然后使用qazxsw poi创建它。
