AUTHORITY_ADMIN是“ADMIN”的静态最终定义。

• 如果我删除了@WithMockUser，我会按预期得到401
• 如果我将@WithMockUser与“ADMIN”之外的任何其他权限一起使用，我得到的403也是预期的响应
