问题已解决

出于某种原因,我不知道如何,

/opt/ros/kinetic/share/catkin/cmake
中名为
toplevel.cmake
的文件被更改为我一直得到的cmakelists文件。

解决方案是从工作区的 src 文件夹中删除 cmakelists 文件以及构建和开发文件。

然后使用

重新安装ros catkin
sudo apt-get install --reinstall ros-indigo-catkin

注意:将 ros 发行版(indigo)更改为适合您的发行版。

现在你可以运行

catkin_make
