因为compare方法返回int而不是String

Collections.sort(list, new Comparator<Data>(){
    @Override
    public int compare(Data o1, Data o2) {
        return o1.rollNumber.compareTo(o2.rollNumber);
    }
});

或(Java 8 +)

Collections.sort(list, (d1, d2) -> d1.rollNumber.compareTo(d2.rollNumber));
