出于某种原因，azure正在引用此包，即使您没有使用它。它还可以防止启动其他服务的数量，因为我发现包括AppInsights。

这将创建一个脏项目，因为它是为核心2.1而非核心2.0（在其中不存在）而设计的。但它应该没有任何问题（至少它为我的两个项目做了）​​。
