在我看来,Reagent_To_List.txt文件是在Search_Function范围之外创建的,它引起了你的问题。

如果你在txt_file中添加一个Search_Function(self, txt_file)参数并用txt_file替换函数中的所有Reagent_To_List.txt,那么调用函数Search_Function(root, "Reagent_To_List.txt")它应该工作。
